  • We meet with you and carefully evaluate the type of professional you are seeking through in-depth discussions, a tour and understanding of your facilities, and a thorough evaluation of the level of experience you are seeking.  In addition we evaluate your company culture, your budget and the responsibilities, expectations and scope of work you are looking for in a candidate.  
  • After conducting this initial evaluation, we will conduct a thorough search of our database of pre-screened candidates, we will network with our industry specific contacts, and then perform firm or individual specific recruitment in order to provide you with the best available professionals whose talents, experience and abilities most closely match your needs. 
  • Once a candidate is selected, interviewed and picked as a the ideal candidate for the position, you will be free to extend an offer and determine a start date that works best for you.  

Baron Douglas Consulting utilizes a proven system to ensure that our candidates are the best match for your specific needs. Baron Douglas candidates are:

  • Identified by one of our qualified technical recruiters as a match for our job opening based on the criteria you provide for the position; and through our meetings and discussions.  They are then contacted by phone and interviewed to verify their background, experience and interest in the position. 
  • If interested and qualified, the candidate will then be interviewed in person by a technical recruiter, manager or registered/licensed practitioner when location permits to again determine their specific skills, past employment history, salary requirements, geographical area, credentials, achievements and a thorough check of their references.
  • We also make it a point to discuss the candidates employment goals and interests to ensure they align with your company.
  • When applicable, their portfolios, transcripts and/or writing samples will also be obtained for your review.
