Baron Douglas offers a Direct Placement option for those clients who prefer to take on a candidate as a salaried employee. This option always comes with our guarantee which means you only pay if the candidate turns out to be everything you expected. This option is also beneficial when we conduct executive and senior level placements as it is often more enticing to established, or passive job candidate. In this role, Baron Douglas provides you with a qualified, pre-screened candidate that can then hired for a one-time fee, and can instantly be a part of your company on your payroll.
Executive Placements

Online Access to Pay & Tax Information

In an effort to be “Environmentally Friendly” and efficient, Baron Douglas gives all employees access to their weekly paystubs and tax forms online. Employees are able to log in using a customizable username and password and print out tax forms, or view and print pay stubs from any location with an internet connection. Client companies working with Baron Douglas can also log on to check and print past and current invoices, and even pay via direct deposit or ACH.
